Do you ship outside of Canada?

We are only licensed to sell within Canada.

What method of shipment do you use?

Canada Post is our main shipment provider and they receive all outgoing packages at the end of every business day.

How long does it take to process my order?

Our days of operation are Monday-Friday and all orders are processed and shipped next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped it may take up to a week to receive your package depending on where in Canada you are located.

 

We DO NOT guarantee any specific delivery dates and or times.

 

Please DO NOT contact us regarding shipping times, kindly refer to the Canada Post tracking number and link that you will be provided with.

 

Kindly make sure the “shipping address” details are entered correctly including any apartment/ unit number to avoid any delay and or your package being sent back.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to Canada Post with all of the delivery details.

You can also access all of this information by logging in to your member account.

Why haven't I received my tracking information?

Kindly check all folders in your email, including the "junk mail", as we may be trying to contact you regarding the delay and cannot process your order until we receive a response.
